Extensively trained at Bretlands Beauty Training Centre, Tunbridge Wells. A member of the British Association of Beauty Therapy and Cosmetology (B.A.B.T.A.C). Joanne has a wealth of experience in the beauty industry.

Important Spa Information
Cancellation Policy: As a courtesy to our other clients, please give 24hrs notice if you need to cancel an appointment. If the appointment is cancelled within 24hrs and cannot be filled, a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment price will be charged. Missed appointments will be charged at 100% of the treatment price.
Courses of Treatment: Courses are to be paid in full, when booking the first treatment,
Gift Vouchers: The perfect gift to say Thank you, Happy Birthday or just because. Vouchers can be purchased at reception or by phone. Vouchers are valid for 3 months from issue date and are non-transferable or refundable.
New Clients: Please arrive 5 minutes before your treatment time, to allow yourself time to complete our client details form.
Tinting: Requires a patch test 24hrs prior to the treatment and is free of charge.
Pedicures: Remember to bring open toe shoes to allow varnish to remain perfect!
Jewellery: Please remove all jewellery prior to all treatments. Please take care of personal items and valuables as we cannot be held responsible for their loss.
Medication: Please let us know if you are currently on medication, pregnant or have had any recent operations.
Mobile phones: To ensure that your relaxation and that of others is not disturbed, we request that mobiles are switched to silent.
Children: During your time with us we want to concentrate on you. If you need to bring children, please make sure there is a person on hand to look after them, so that we can look after you.
Covid-19
Face masks are required to be worn. For skincare treatments you will be asked to remove your mask and your therapist will be wearing a mask and face shield to be COVID secure and to protect customers.
